Drawing & Prototyping
Once feasibility is confirmed, your company provides the drawings. We will strictly follow your design specifications to machine and fabricate the required sample quantities.

Sample Confirmation
For first-time product collaborations, samples will be dispatched to your company for inspection and final sign-off.

Pricing & Lead-Time Agreement
Upon approval of the sample's quality and workmanship, both parties will finalize pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Contract Execution
A formal contract will be signed detailing all specifications, lead times, and contractual obligations to safeguard product quality and execution.

Production Scheduling
We dynamically schedule production based on agreed lead times and existing workshop capacity, ensuring orders are delivered on schedule with full quality compliance.

Quality & Lab Testing
Upon completion of machining and assembly, Jingrong performs batch sampling and inspection. Products are cleared for packaging only after meeting all performance and dimensional criteria.

Packaging & Shipping
During packing, a secondary visual and dimensional inspection is conducted to manually screen out non-conforming parts. Qualified products are then palletized, secured, and dispatched.

We maintain open communication channels at all times to address client feedback, inquiries, complaints, and optimization suggestions.

Calculation Reports
Jingrong provides complimentary structural calculation sheets for select specialty projects to verify mechanical integrity and structural safety. Paid calculation reporting services are also available for standard project requirements.
