Notice
1 Undercut anchor extension hole machine should be equipped with 350W water pump and vacuum pump with suction ≥-0.6MPa.
2 The switch must open the inlet valve and is not allowed to start drilling when the water is not cooling.
3 Install a leakage protector on the power socket. The socket should be located between 1.5-2m from the ground. The voltage should be controlled at 220V. If the voltage is too high or too low, the motor power and itself will be damaged.
4 Before turning on the machine or when replacing the drill, it must be checked whether the locating pin and O-ring are properly installed.
5 Cooling water should use clean water, water pressure is guaranteed at 3-6kg/cm2. No water supply at the drill bit within 10 seconds after power-on should be turned off and checked immediately.
6 When drilling or expanding holes, the motor speed cannot be adjusted.
7 When drilling or expanding holes, handle pressure should not be too large, so as to avoid damage to the motor and drill bit. The expanding hole handle can only be pressed when the hole has reached the required depth. After expanding the hole, first retract the expanding hole handle and then retract the drilling handle.
Instructions
1 Connect the water inlet pipe of the machine to the water pump, and connect the air inlet pipe to the air pump (the water pump and air pump must be purchased by yourselves)
2 Press down the drill handle, make the drill bit close to the board surface, use the depth adjustment device to adjust the drilling depth, and tighten the limit to adjust screw
3 open the air valve so that the machine is adsorbed on the plate
4 Turn on the power switch of the machine and lock it. After pressing down the drill handle into position, it will not loosen and then push down the expanding hole handle to expand the hole
5 After expanding the hole, first retract the expanding hole handle and then retract the drilling handle.
6 Close the air valve and move the machine to the next hole
7 Repeat 2-6 steps for multiple punches
8 After all drilling is completed, the power of the punching machine, the water pump, and the air pump are cut off.
